Hugo Hydraulic Chucks provide optimum performance when clamping full-cylindrical straight shanks such as solid carbide drills and end mills. Turning a piston pressurizes hydraulic fluid, which expands a thin-walled membrane along the length of the clamping bore. This creates a secure grip that reduces vibration and eliminates microcracking on cutting tools.
